This amazing apartment caught my eye on Architectural Digest España and I had to share it. There’s so much to admire here, from the patina of those herringbone parquet floors to the overwhelming elegance of this interior, which feels almost gallery-like in the selection of artworks and mid-century furniture, including pieces by Jean Prouvé and Charlotte Perriand, and lighting by Serge Mouille.
And, stating the obvious really, but the artworks, including pieces by Manolo Hugué, Julio González and Joaquín Torres García, have such an impact within this space, as each painting and drawing and sculpture has been placed as part of a carefully considered composition.
Very, very beautiful.
