NOBIS HOTEL

11th January 2018

The first post of the year always feels a little daunting. I’m itching for Copperline to include some new features – as in, features that aren’t about interiors – but I wanted to start the year with a gorgeous space, and when I spotted the photo above, well, you can understand why this interior felt like a great place to start.

ATTIC LIVING

6th February 2015

You know when you happen across something that is so beautifully styled you just can’t resist sharing it? Well, this apartment in the Old Town in Stockholm provided one of those moments while I was scanning the always-inspiring listings from Fantastic Frank. Continue Reading…

And it was while looking at that apartment that I spotted this one in Östermalm, which was also marketed by Fantastic Frank and is now sold.  Continue Reading…

SWEDISH ESCAPE

12th September 2014

That’s how I felt when I saw this property located in Lidingö, which is an island in the inner Stockholm archipelago, northeast of Stockholm. Continue Reading…

STOCKHOLM STYLE

23rd April 2014

Do you ever come across a photo and it just sticks in your mind? I felt this way when I spotted this apartment posted by Dustjacket Attic on Tumblr. There was just something about that combination of parquet flooring (a lasting obsession) and dado panelling, combined with the classic Mies van der Rohe daybed and the rather glamorous drinks trolley, and how this elegant combo is offset by the contemporary abstract painting. It’s a great mix. Continue Reading…
