Coastal locations are always my favourite – we escape Edinburgh every weekend for walks down the coast in East Lothian – and whenever I come across a property in Cornwall, I have to admit that the location alone is often the USP for me. Every so often I sit down to write about a property and realise I don’t know where to start. It’s not that I’m lacking things to say – quite the opposite, usually. It’s more a case of connecting so strongly with a house or apartment that I really need to do it justice and… I don’t know where to start.
