You know when you happen across something that is so beautifully styled you just can’t resist sharing it? Well, this apartment in the Old Town in Stockholm provided one of those moments while I was scanning the always-inspiring listings from Fantastic Frank.
Located on the attic level of a beautiful old property dating from 1785, the interior combines all the characterful detailing you’d hope for including beamed ceilings, a working fireplace and plastered walls, with modern additions like the crisp white kitchen.
The property was remodelled and renovated both inside and out in 2013 to create today’s stunning home. I could imagine living here in a second, winding up that stone staircase to arrive in this immaculately detailed apartment with its rustic grey plastered walls and wide plank pine floors, tucking into that window nook with a magazine or having dinner with friends warmed by the stove.
